Pre-registration and Open Registration Dates for 2025
Summer pre-registration opens the Friday of your week of camp and closes September 11th, 2024. Wait list migration is September 12-15th and open registration begins on September 16th.
Fall pre-registration Churches open on November 13th, 2024. Pre-registration closes January 8th, 2025. Waitlist migration is January 9-12th. Open registration dates will be on a staggered schedule.
January open registration for fall pre-reg and Jan open registration churches follows the schedule below. Your specific date and time TBD.
Southeast open registration is the week of Jan 13-16th, 2025 at 9 AM CST or 10 AM EST.
North Texas and East Texas open registration is the week of Jan 20-23rd, 2025 at 9 AM CST
Central Texas (churches Waco south) open registration is the week of Jan 27-30th, 2025 at 9 AM CST
