Scholarship Codes AKA Camp Codes
Camp codes are a great tool to engage with your community! Churches can give out scholarship codes and you have full freedom to give these out to anyone you’d like. Anyone that calls Pine Cove asking for a scholarship code will be redirected back to their host church so that you can decide the best way to utilize your camp codes. Having a camp code does not guarantee a spot, a family must complete their registration. Pine Cove does have the ability to reserve camp codes so that these spots are protected until the following dates: Week 2-5 locations will be released May 1; Week 6-10 locations will be released June 1. On these dates, Pine Cove will open spots to the waitlist or general public. Unused scholarship codes will be refunded after your week of camp has concluded.
At the time of registration, a family should use their Camp Code in the Camp Code box online. Their Camp Code will not work if used in the wrong box.
Our hope is that every one of these camp code are utilized! Please let us know if you need to modify your codes to allow for maximum use. You can email here to make these request.
Church Scholarships Process:
Our hope is that we’re able to allow each church to use scholarships in the best way to bless and serve members of their congregation and community that are in need of financial assistance. With that in mind, our scholarship process has been modified from previous years to better serve you, your team and our registration process. We now offer 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% scholarships to be purchased by the church through our online request form.
Steps for Requesting Scholarships:
To request scholarship codes, simply fill out the Texas online request form or the Southeast online request form.
Scholarship percentages range from 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25%. Only two percentage types are able to be requested through the online request form. If you are needing more than two percentage types, you may fill out an additional form.
Once the request is submitted, your Scholarship Order Form will be sent to cityscholarships@pinecove.com and a receipt is emailed to you as confirmation.
After review of the order form(s), an invoice will be generated and emailed to you with your invoice number, church information, and details of your scholarship codes.
You will be able to make a card payment through your invoice by clicking the “Pay Now” feature or by mailing a check to Pine Cove. We want to encourage you to pay by card online, which will give you the camp codes within 1-2 business days. If paid by check, your codes will not be issued until the check has been received and processed.

Church Staff Discount:
In addition, we want to bless your with staff with 50% off of their campers registration. We will start you off with 20 camp codes, if more are needed, please contact cityscholarships@pinecove.com now and they will up your amount to meet your churches needs. You will receive an email in January with the coupon code to use for the church staff discounts.
