General Registration Information

Registration will open January 22-24 across all locations! Here is the link to register for camp!

A family may register campers online at any time past the open registration date. The cutoff for registration is the Tuesday before your current week of camp. If they do not have internet access, they may also call Pine Cove and register over the phone. All forms can be completed online. If a family does not have access to a phone or a computer, contact your Pine Cove registration. Campers will be registered under a “household” - brothers and sisters will belong to the same household. Different families should not use the same account log in for registration.

If you need help with your log-in information, you may call Pine Cove registration at 1-877-474-6326 or email registration@pinecove.com. Our full time registration team is ready and willing to take any phone calls or handle requests over email. They are in the office Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

Once your churches registration opens, church contacts will receive 2x weekly registration reports and scholarship usage reports (Tuesday and Friday mornings). If you would like a report outside of that schedule, your Church Relationship Manager can pull one for you and send to you manually.

You will get many questions. Here are a few resources for you as you field these questions.

7 Signs Your Child is Ready to Thrive at Camp

Sending your child to camp can be a significant milestone in their personal and social development. While it’s an exciting prospect, ensuring that your child is ready for the camp experience is crucial for a positive, safe, and thriving adventure. Every child is unique, and readiness for camp varies. Here is a great article that addresses and informs when making this decision for your child.

Friend Group Requests

Friend group requests should also be made during the registration process. Due to the size of our cabins (groups) and system we have in place to protect campers from bullying, parents should not assume that their camper will be in the same cabin as their friends from church or school. Parents of both campers should fill out a friend group request to give their campers the best chance of being placed in a cabin together. Friend group requests cannot extend beyond 4 campers in a group. We cannot ensure that all friend group request are fulfilled, but will do our best to accommodate their preference. Any inquiries about friend group request can be made with our registration department.
